The GOMECY Fractional RF CO2 Laser System is a powerful, multifunctional platform designed for professional use in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and gynecology. The system employs a fractional photothermolysis technique, where laser energy is delivered in a pixelated pattern, creating microthermal zones (MTZs) that penetrate into the dermal layer. These controlled injuries stimulate fibroblast activity, triggering a cascade of collagen remodeling and neocollagenesis.

Product Parameters
After treatment, patients may experience temporary redness, swelling, or mild discomfort—this is normal and typically subsides within a few hours to days. Instruct the patient to avoid sun exposure, hot showers, and harsh skincare products for at least 7 days. Use a high-SPF sunscreen and moisturizer to protect and hydrate the skin. For vaginal treatments, advise patients to abstain from activity for 5–7 days and maintain proper hygiene to prevent infection. Monitor the skin healing progress, and do not repeat treatment on the same area until the skin is fully recovered.
